  2. As a professional development coordinator, this speaks to me in the importance of providing opportunities for teachers to practice new concepts. As an early childhood educator, I knew children needed time experiment and play while learning. Finally, as a student of brain development I have read the importance of keeping our brains active as we age to stay sharp.
